Initiate Your Request
Log in to your OPPO account, navigate to 'My Orders', and select the return option for the specific item to generate a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack the device in its original packaging, ensuring all accessories, manuals, and promotional gifts are included to avoid any deductions from your refund.
Ship the Product
Affix the prepaid shipping label provided by our support team to the outside of the box and drop it off at your nearest authorized courier location.
Inspection and Refund
Once our service center receives and inspects your device, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
